I'm in the midst of translating some of my coach's interviews. So far the topics I've gone through are;

1. I began with "How many Chinese coaches would've already committed suicide due to frustration and disbelief, hearing the statements that the mainstream training world has made?"

2. Why is it in our experience and results, the arm bend is necessary to keep the arms loose.

3. Why knees should not be pushed out and hips back when squatting.

4. Why jumping can sometimes be far more beneficial than squatting to the power athlete.

5. Why one should and must try to do behind neck presses and if possible, even pull-ups behind neck.

I honestly didn't expect it to jump from 940 likes to over 1.5K likes in a day, so I admit, I got caught completely off guard there. Also I'd like to spread the news about the Russian team going over to Maine to have their weightlifting seminar for a month. Klokov will be there.

I hope that if you're in the US during that time and it's possible, go visit them and learn from these astounding athletes. See what the Russians have. I have learned so much from them and so have the Chinese.

This is amazing opportunity for you guys. GO!
